The inaugural session will take place at Hotel JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi (Participation in the inaugural ceremony is strictly restricted to the Invited Dignitaries /Awardees because of the strict protocol and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India on holding of functions/ceremonies).
