
A high-level conference titled “Driving Implementation for Green Energy Projects” was held in Uttar Pradesh, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, financial institutions, and project developers to accelerate the rollout of green energy initiatives across the state.
Organized by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), the meet focused on fast-tracking renewable energy investments, especially in solar, wind, bioenergy, and green hydrogen. Sessions included discussions on land acquisition, ease of doing business, project financing, and regulatory streamlining.
Special emphasis was placed on Compressed Biogas (CBG), rooftop solar, and off-grid energy solutions for rural development. The state government reaffirmed its commitment to achieving ambitious clean energy targets and announced upcoming policy enhancements to attract private sector participation.
The conference served as a platform for stakeholders to share best practices, sign MoUs, and outline actionable steps to boost green energy infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh.
