1. Delivery Methods

Depending on the type of event and ticket purchased, your order may be delivered in the following way:

E-Tickets (Digital Delivery)

  • All tickets are delivered electronically.
  • After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) and order details.
  • E-tickets can be accessed through:
    • Confirmation email, or
    • Your user account under My Orders on our website.
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed.

3. Undelivered Tickets

  • For e-tickets, please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes.
  • If you still have not received your tickets, contact our support team at info@chinimandi.com with your order number.

4. Event Admission

  • Please note that possession of a valid ticket is required for event entry.
  • We recommend arriving early and bringing a valid photo ID along with your ticket for verification.
