Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended high today. Sensex closed on 8 December at 181.54 points higher at 45,608.51. Nifty ended 37 points high at 13,392.95.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 07 December at 347.42 points higher at 45,426.97. Nifty ended 97.30 points high at 13,355.80.
UltraTech Cement, TCS, Reliance Industries, Wipro and HCL Tech were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Sun Pharma, Hindalco Industries, IndusInd Bank, Coal India and Adani Ports.
