โพ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were โน3250 to 3330/Qntl. whereas M/30 โน3220 to 3330/Qntl.
โพ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at โน3465 to 3490/Qntl.
โพ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3221 to 3281/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3321 to 3381/Qntl.
โพ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3400 to 3450/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3450 to 3500/Qntl.

The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $503.30/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.52/lb.

The rupee traded against the US dollar whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.6085, Crude futures traded at Rs.5379 Crude WTI traded at $71.47 a barrel. Sensex closed 153.43 points up at 57,260.48 whereas Nifty ended 27.50 points up at 17,053.95.
