New Delhi: Ashok Kumar Goel, who is Promoter (Executive) Director of the company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company from May 4, 2022, informed Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd on Thursday.
The company in a regulatory filing said that in continuation of our letter dated 4th May, 2022, we wish to inform that Mr. Ashok Kumar Goel, Promoter (Executive) Director of the Company has been designated as Chairman of the Company w.e.f 4 th May, 2022 consequent upon resignation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Goel as Chairman and Promoter (Executive) Director.
