Indian equity indices ended lower on July 14.
Sensex ended 247.01 points lower at 82,253.46, whereas Nifty concluded 67.55 points down at 25,082.30.
Jio Financial, Bajaj Finance, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Asian Paints were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers were Eternal, Titan Company, IndusInd Bank, ONGC, SBI Life Insurance.
Indian rupee ended 19 paise lower at 85.99 per dollar on Monday against Friday’s close of 85.80.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 689.81 points lower at 82,500.47, whereas Nifty concluded 205.40 points down at 25,149.85.
