True Green Bio Energy Limited has announced the successful commencement of commercial operations at new 300 KLPD grain based ethanol plant located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The plant will commence the dispatch of sizable volumes of ethanol to reputed clients, including Reliance Industries Limited, Nayara Energy Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and others.
Company was incorporated as “Nova Poly Yarn Limited” company in the state of Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli. The Certificate of Commencement of Business was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat Dadra Nagar Haveli on 5th April, 2004. The Company was resulting company of “Nova Petrochemicals Limited” under the scheme of Arrangement under scheme of Demerger approved by the High Court of Gujarat on 27th August, 2009.
After Demerger the name of the company was changed to “CIL Nova Petrochemicals Limited and fresh certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Haveli on 19th October, 2009. Subsequently on 04th December 2024, the name of the company was further changed to “True Green Bio Energy Limited”. The company’s equity shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
