Domestic Market
Domestic sugar prices were stable
Domestic sugar prices traded stable across major markets, as buying remained largely need-based and overall demand continued to be subdued. With the sugarcane crushing season now underway in most producing states, market sentiment remains under pressure, and prices are expected to stay soft in the near term.

In key markets, M-grade sugar in Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) was quoted at ₹3,980–4,070 per quintal, while, S-grade sugar in Kolhapur (Maharashtra) traded in the range of ₹3,730–3,760 per quintal, maintaining a stable tone.
