Domestic: The market witnessed no major movement. In Maharashtra resell market is trading at โน2890-โน2920. Mills are quoting S/30 2900 to 2930 and M/30 2980 to 3020. In Uttar Pradesh M/30 sugar is trading at โน3120 to 3180. In Gujarat S/30 was trading at โน2920-โน2960
โข International: The market was quiet, London White Sugar is trading at $342.70 whereas US Sugar is trading at $12.70.
The FOB indication for raw sugar was at $302-$305 and Indian White Sugar at $313-$316
The demand of Raw Sugar range was โน18800-19000/mt and White Sugar โน19300-โน19600/MT on Ex.factory basis.
โข Currency & Commodity: USD traded with INR at 71.33 meanwhile USD traded with BRL at 3.740, Crude Futures traded at โน3745, WTI $52.41.
โข Looking at indices, after gyrating over 350 points, the benchmark BSE Sensex Tuesday ended 64.20 points lower at 35,592 on mixed cues from global markets amid fresh concerns over ongoing US-China trade tiff. The NSE Nifty also edged lower by over 9 points to close at 10,652.
