тЧ╛ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are тВ╣3401 to 3511/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at тВ╣3521 to 3601
тЧ╛ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are тВ╣3660 to 3700/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at тВ╣3750/Qntl.

On Wednesday sugar sugar prices closed higher on strength in crude prices. London White Sugar closed at $510.50/ton whereas New York Sugar closed down at 19.84 cents per pound.
Market Today:
The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $514.30/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.94/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar at 74.876 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.4998 Crude futures traded at Rs.5980 Crude WTI traded at $79.84 a barrel. Sensex closed 381.23 points higher at 60,059.06 whereas Nifty ended 104.85 points higher at 17895.20
