โพ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were โน3300 to 3375/Qntl. whereas M/30 โน3425/Qntl.
โพ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at โน3520 to 3550/Qntl.
โพ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3271 to 3301/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3371 to 3471/Qntl.
โพ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3375 to 3525/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3510 to 3550/Qntl.

The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $508.50/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.59/lb.

The rupee traded against the US dollar whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.5513, Crude futures traded at Rs.5430 Crude WTI traded at $71.76 a barrel. Sensex closed 157.45 points higher at 58,807.13 whereas Nifty ended 47.10 points higher at 17,516.85
