โพ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were โน3365 to 3440/Qntl. whereas M/30 โน3500 to 3575/Qntl.
โพ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at โน3720 to 3750/Qntl.
โพ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3391 to 3501/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3491 to 3591
โพ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are โน3620 to 3675/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at โน3700 to 3725/Qntl.

The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $518.60/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.99/lb.

The rupee traded against the US dollar at 75.339 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.5423 Crude futures traded at Rs.6027 Crude WTI traded at $79.97 a barrel. Sensex closed 452.74 points higher at 60,737.05 whereas Nifty ended 169.80 points higher at 18,161.75.
