Daily Sugar Market Update By Vizzie – 13/12/2025

ChiniMandi, Mumbai: 13th Dec 2025

Domestic Market
Domestic sugar prices were stable

Domestic sugar prices held steady after showing weakness over the past three to four sessions. With crushing operations progressing smoothly across major producing states, buyers continued to adopt a cautious stance, anticipating comfortable supply levels in the coming weeks. This expectation has kept the overall sentiment on the softer side.

In key physical markets, spot prices reflected this mild pressure. In Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh), M-grade sugar was quoted between ₹3,950 and ₹4,060 per quintal. In Kolhapur (Maharashtra), S-grade sugar traded slightly lower, ranging from ₹3,650 to ₹3,700 per quintal, extending the gentle decline seen recently. Overall, the sugar market remains subdued, with ample supply prospects anchoring price movement for now.
