Daily Sugar Market Update By Vizzie – 21/03/2026

ChiniMandi, Mumbai: 21st Mar 2026

Domestic Market
Domestic prices reported stable

Domestic sugar prices were reported stable across major spot markets after recent price corrections. Market sources indicated that despite a lower monthly release quota, buying interest remained subdued, keeping prices largely range-bound. Moreover, with the tensions in the Middle East, export inquiries are reported to be weak.

In North India, M-grade sugar in Muzaffarnagar was quoted at ₹3,980–₹4,080 per quintal, unchanged from the previous session. Meanwhile, in western India, S-grade sugar in Kolhapur was quoted at ₹3,690–₹3,720 per quintal, with the market continuing to find support amid limited buying activity.
