тЧ╛ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were тВ╣3440 to 3500/Qntl. M/30 is at тВ╣3530 to 3575/Qntl.
тЧ╛ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 are тВ╣3680 to 3730/Qntl.
тЧ╛ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are тВ╣3401 to 3481/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at тВ╣3541 to 3571.
тЧ╛ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are тВ╣3620 to 3675/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at тВ╣3700 to 3725/Qntl.

Sugar prices on Tuesday closed high owing to higher crude prices. London White Sugar closed at $501.20/ton up $3.30 whereas New York Sugar closed up 0.11 points at 18.97 cents per pound.
Market Today :
London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $508.60/tn whereas New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.32/lb
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices: The rupee traded against the US dollar at 73.857 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.2719 Crude futures traded at Rs.5288 Crude WTI traded at $71.39 a barrel. Sensex closed 77.94 points lower at 58,297.33 whereas Nifty ended 15.35 points lower at 17,546.65
