Kotyark Industries Limited, a micro-cap company engaged in manufacturing and selling biodiesel and related by-products such as glycerin, offering cleaner fuel solutions to the transport, industrial, and power sectors across India, has secured an order worth Rs. 30.30 crore from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for biodiesel supply.
In an exchange filing, the company stated, “We made a tender/bid against joint EOI no. – OMC/EOI/BD/OCT25 (CYCLE1) Tender ID – 2025_MKTHO_ 187178_1 dated 20th Oct’25 for procurement of Biodiesel. Today, out of the above bid, we wish to inform you that, the company has received a Letter of Intent for procurement of biodiesel via mail dated December 12, 2025 having total deliverable cost order of Approx. Rs. 30.30 Crores from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). These orders are for the supply period of November 2025 to March 2026.”
In the previous cycle, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) issued an allocation sheet before releasing the Letters of Intent (LOIs).
“In the current cycle, the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) issued LOIs directly, without releasing a separate allotment sheet—similar to the process followed in the March 2025 tender, where LOIs were issued directly in April 2025. This change reflects a faster and more streamlined approach by the OMCs and has enabled quicker confirmation of Purchase Orders. It also demonstrates improved operational efficiency and reinforces the company,” Kotyark Industries added.

Anand, Gujarat has a capacity of producing 100 KL of biodiesel per day from multi feedstock.
