Mawana Sugars Limited has released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. While the revenue figures remained stable across various segments, profitability was adversely affected by exceptional items and seasonal influences in both the sugar and power sectors.
On a consolidated basis, the company reported:
Revenue from operations (Q3 FY26): Rs 367.03 crore
Revenue from operations (9M FY26): Rs 1,196.53 crore
Total income (9M FY26): Rs 1,198.74 crore
The standalone revenue from operations during the nine-month period amounted to Rs 1,191.42 crore.
In terms of segment contributions for 9M FY26 (consolidated):
Sugar: Rs 1,204.68 crore
Power: Rs 131.13 crore
Distillery: Rs 154.43 crore
Segment Performance Analysis (Before Tax, Finance Costs & Exceptional Items)
For Q3 FY26 (consolidated):
Sugar: Rs 8.18 crore
Power: Rs 17.49 crore
Distillery: Rs 0.30 crore
The overall segment result totalled Rs 25.97 crore before accounting for finance costs and unallocated expenses.
