Moradabad: Shiv Sena comes in support of farmers over pending cane dues

Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh: Farmers in Bilari are currently holding a protest due to the alleged non-payment for sugarcane supplied to Laxmi sugar mill. In a show of solidarity, Shiv Sena party workers, led by District Chief Virendra Arora, arrived at the protest site to offer their support to the farmers, reported Live Hindustan.

The Shiv Sena District Chief, along with senior Shiv Sena workers from the Bilari block, joined the farmers in their demonstration. A memorandum outlining the farmers’ grievances was submitted to Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Vinay Kumar.

Virendra Arora, Rajiv Saxena, Mahesh Kumar, Hari Singh, Kripal Singh, Nitesh Singh, Pradeep Singh, and Raja Kashyap were present at the protest.
