Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India will be inaugurating the 2nd Edition of India Bioenergy & Tech Expo : An International Conference and Exhibition on Bioenergy and Technologies (IBET Expo 2025) scheduled to be held from September 24–26, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.
IBET Expo 2025 is one of the largest conferences and exhibitions in India’s bioenergy sector and will be organized under the theme “Transition to Net Zero: Need to Scale up Bio-energy Initiatives.” The expo will focus on key sectors including Compressed Biogas (CBG), Ethanol, Bio-Diesel, Waste to Energy, Bio-Mobility, CCUS, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Biomass Pellets and Briquettes, among others. It will serve as a platform to showcase the latest technologies, machinery and equipment, innovations, products and services, as well as research and development in the field.
The International Conference on Bioenergy and Technology will offer insights into recent trends and practices in bioenergy, policy reforms, technological advancements, and engagement with policymakers. Around 200 speakers are expected to address the conference, with participation from over 1,000 delegates from across the globe.
The initiative is supported by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Ministry of Power (MoP), Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
