The Indian equity indices ended lower on October 28.
Sensex ended 150.69 points lower at 84,628.16, whereas Nifty concluded 29.85 points down at 25,936.20.
Bajaj Finserv, Power Grid, ONGC, Coal India and Trent were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers were Tata Steel, SBI Life Insurance, JSW Steel, HDFC Life and L&T.
Indian rupee ended flat at 88.26 per dollar on Tuesday versus previous close of 88.24.
In the previous, Sensex ended 566.96 points higher at 84,778.84, whereas Nifty concluded 170.90 points up at 25,966.05.
