The strategic reserves for sugar in Egypt are sufficient for 7.7 months, stated the Egyptian Ministry of Supply Aly Moselhy.
According to the press statement released by the ministry, the government is trying to increase the reserves as well as increasing domestic production.
The strategic reserves of wheat are sufficient for six months and that of vegetable oils is enough for 6.1 months, said the ministry.
