MVK Agro Food Product has entered into a tripartite agreement with Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL) and GAIL (India) Limited for the purpose of supply of biogas/compressed biogas (CBG) under the CBGтАУCGD Synchronization Scheme.
In a regulatory filing with the NSE, MVK Agro Food Product Limited confirmed that it has signed a tripartite agreement with MNGL and GAIL (India) Limited for the supply of biogas/CBG under the CBGтАУCGD Synchronisation Scheme. The monetary value of the agreement will be determined at the time of the actual supply of goods and services.
MVK Agro Food Product Limited is an integrated sugar and other allied products manufacturing company operating from Nanded District in Maharashtra. The company operate a single location sugar unit having licensed crushing capacity of 2,500 TCD. In addition to sugar, firm also commercialise and sell by-products and waste products, namely, molasses, bagasse and pressmud. The company is also engaged in the generation of Power for captive consumption.
