Muzaffarnagar: With the help of sugarcane farmers and administration, Muzaffarnagar district managed to get second rank in average sugarcane production per hectare, reorts reports Amar Ujala.
The district is witnessing an increase in cane production from the last three years. The district was at fourth rank three years ago but has achieved the second rank this year in average sugarcane production.
In the current season, the average sugarcane production per hectare is 923.20 quital. It ranks second after Shamli district.
