Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Deputy Cane Commissioner of Meerut Division, Rajesh Mishra, held a comprehensive review meeting on Friday at the Cane Office located in Pandav Nagar. The meeting focused on sugarcane survey operations, crop development, and pending payment settlements.

Rajesh Mishra directed all sugar mills and cane department officials to ensure the timely completion of the sugarcane survey for the 2025–26 season. He emphasized the importance of adhering to deadlines to facilitate efficient planning and support for sugarcane farmers.

The meeting also included a review of the “Per Drop More Crop” initiative under the Prime Minister’s Agricultural Irrigation Scheme.
