Andhra Pradesh: Approval to set up ethanol plant in Rajahmundry soon

Vijayawada: Soon decision will be taken for the approval of Assago Industries to invest Rs 300 crore to set up ethanol plant at Rajahmundry, said Mettu Govind Reddy, Chairman, AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), reports The New Indian Express.

The officials associated with Assago informed the APIIC Chairman on Friday that they have submitted the project report to the government stating that the plant will be set up within one-and-a-half-year and would generate direct and indirect employment to 200 people.

The APIIC chairman has assured that the decision of approval will be taken soon after going through their application.
