Andhra Pradesh CM asks officials to switch to artificial intelligence to resolve grievances of farmers

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has asked the government officials to use artificial intelligence (AI) to address the grievances of the farmers. He has asked them to connect farmers with all the available digital platforms to spread awareness among them.

According to the news report published in The Times of India, emphasizing on conserving natural resources, he asked the officials to take steps to discourage the use of borewell water for the cultivation of water-intensive crops like paddy, sugarcane, tobacco and subabul.

The technology should be used to reach out to the farmers in remote areas, spread awareness among them and address their grievances, he said.
