From August 1 the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) will sell sugar at a subsidized rate to one crore “family card” holders for one month, reports local media.
TCB issued a press note stating that the sugar will be available at designated places in cooperation with city corporations and district and Upazila level administration.
The sugar will be sold at Tk55 per kg at these stores.
