BCL Industries Ltd will inaugurate its greenfield distillery plant at its subsidiary Svaksha Distillery Limited in Kharagpur, West Bengal on Friday. The company has 75% state in the Svaksha Distillery subsidiary.
According to the Indiainfoline.com, the distillery has a capacity of 200 KLPD and will produce both ENA and ethanol using grain as raw material. The plant has been started keeping in view the need for ethanol and fulfilling the requirement of West Bengal.
Svaksha Distillery is also planning to expand the plant with another 100 KLPD of ethanol at the same location after starting this plant.
