Brazil: Ethanol exports increase by 4.1% in February

Ethanol export was reported up by 4.1% during February in Brazil. The export was the highest since February 2016.

According to the news report published in Novacana, Brazil has exported 156.66 million litres of ethanol in February 2021. According to the data released by the Ministry of Economy, ethanol exports reached 343.31 million litres in the first two months of 2021.

Brazil has exported maximum ethanol to South Korea (81.83 million), Netherland (23.83 million) and China (16.22 million litres). The US, one of the top ethanol importers from Brazil, was ranked the tenth buyer in February with 1.85 million litres.
