Sao Paulo: Raizen SA, a Brazilian Energy Company, is planning to speed up the expansion of second-generation ethanol plants, said executives on Wednesday.
The development comes two weeks after the firm approved the investment of 2 billion reais to build two 2G ethanol plants through a joint venture between Cosan SA and Shell to expand its portfolio on renewable fuel.
