Balod: Danteshwari Maiyya Cooperative sugar mill in Chhattisgarh got a big relief as its water woes will come to an end soon. According to the reports, water supply to the mill from Darritola Dam will commence soon.
The administration has issued a work order regarding this and given instructions to start the work as soon as possible so that the water scarcity issue can be solved before the beginning of the crushing season.
This project was pending from the last several months. The mill management was demanding to bring water to the mill by laying a pipeline from the dam, about 3 km away, as it was facing the water shortage. It seems now mill’s trouble will low down as administration has given the nod for the same.
