Czarnikow group enters Brazil’s ethanol market

New York: Czarnikow Group Limited, a British food trader and supply chain services provider, has stated that it will enter the ethanol and power market in Brazil as a part of its business expansion plans. The company is collaborating with local sugar mills that also produce fuel and electricity.

According to the media report, Czarnikow has been granted the green light from Brazil’s oil and fuels regulator ANP to open a new company called CzEnergy to trade ethanol in the country.
