Meerut: Daurala sugar mill has cleared the cane bills of sugarcane farmers till March 6. The mill administration has sent advisories to the respective committees.
According to the news report published in Livehindustan.com, Sanjiv Kumar Khatiyan, General Manager of sugar mill said, the mill administration has cleared the cane dues worth Rs 35.33 crore to the sugarcane farmers that had sent their cane from February 26 to March 6. The mill has cleared the cane dues worth Rs 465.99 crore to the cane farmers in the ongoing season. The mill has crushed 188.32 lakh quintal sugarcane so far.
He appealed to the sugarcane farmers to send clean cane to the mill for crushing.
