New Delhi, May 12 (ANI): Former Haryana Chief Minister and Convener of the newly constituted Congress’s Farmers and Agriculture Committee, Bhupinder S Hooda said that the committee raised the issue of debt relief and MSP with the farmer leaders.
“They sat around Delhi for over a year in protest. The government had to bow down. We met with them and discussed issues relating to debt relief, MSP. We will prepare a draft on this and raise this at Udaipur ‘Chintan Shivir’,” he said. Their ‘Chintan Shivir’ is scheduled to be held in Udaipur, Rajasthan between May 13 to 15.
