Farmers agitate at office of sugarcane officer for pending cane dues

Sarurpur, Uttar Pradesh: Sugarcane farmers from Sarurpur protested outside the office of the sugarcane officer demanding pending cane dues from the Kinauni sugar mill, reports Live Hindustan.

Farmers under the leadership of Vinay Mallapure protested outside the office of sugarcane officer, Meerut for their demands.

Mallapure said that the Kinauni sugar mill and Mohiddipur sugar mills should clear pending cane dues within seven days else the farmers would launch a protest on August 17.
