Kawardha: A fire broke out in the premises of Bhoramdeo Co-operative sugar mill at Kawardha in Chhattisgarh state on Thursday. No loss of life was reported.
Around 2 pm, the fire was noticed. Before the fire tenders could reach the spot, the fire engulfed the Bagasse kept in the mill premises. Two fire tenders from Kawardha arrived at the spot and doused the fire. Fire tenders from Bodala and Pandriya also reached the spot for assistance.
The authorities are busy in ascertaining the loss caused by the fire and the cause of the fire.
