Grainspan Nutrients will be producing ethanol using grains at its distillery at Bhamasara village on the Bavla-Bagodara Highway in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat, reports Projects Today.
The capacity of the distillery spread over 16 acres of land is 100 klpd. The plant will produce 3.5 MW of power at the plant along with ethanol production.
The construction work to set up the plant began in the third quarter of FY2022.
The company has completed civil construction work and the company aims to commission the distillery unit by end of December 2022.
