To meet the 20 per cent ethanol blending target, many companies are working to set up an ethanol units, and Pancarbo Greenfuels is one of them.
Pancarbo Greenfuels will be setting up a grain-based ethanol plant with a capacity of 250 KLPD at Lehri village, in Bhatinda district, Punjab, reports Project Today. The project is expected to be completed by May 2023.
The unit will also include six MW co-generation power unit. The company has received permission from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) to set up the plant and the work on the project has begun.
