Moscow: Russia is taking steps to ensure that the domestic prices of sugar are not increased and are within the reach of the consumers. In one of the steps in this direction, the Russian government has extended an agreement with the local sugar producers to reduce their prices with retail chains.
The Russian government stated that the agreement was valid till March end and will now be extended for three months till June end.
