Mumbai: Benchmark indices closed higher today. Sensex closed on 23 December at 437.49 points higher at 46,444.18. Nifty ended 134.80 points high at 13,601.10.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 22 December at 452.73 points higher at 46,006.69. Nifty ended 137.90 points high at 13,466.30.
Hindustan Unilever, IndusInd Bank, SBI and M&M were the top index gainers.
