Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended today +74.61 points higher at 60,130.71, whereas Nifty settled +25.85 points high at 17,769.25.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 401.04 points higher at 60,056.10, whereas Nifty settled 119.35 points high at 17,743.40.
Bajaj Finance, Adani Enterprises, Britannia Industries, Bajaj Finserv and IndusInd Bank were among the major gainers on the Nifty, while losers included HDFC Life, UPL, HDFC Bank, HDFC and Tech Mahindra.
