Meerut: Sugarcane crushing at the Mohiuddinpur sugar mill commenced on Wednesday after performing the rituals, reports Live Hindustan.
The crushing operations were kickstarted under the presence of former LMC Jagat Singh and District Panchayat president Gaurav Chaudhari.
Sugarcane farmers at three cane collection centres were felicitated on the occasion.
