A grain-based ethanol manufacturing facility, along with a three-MW co-generation power plant, is planned to be established by Aithanoli Cibus Products in Metpalle village, Kagaznagar mandal, located in Adilabad district of Telangana, reports Projects Today.
Spanning over an area of 20.26 acres, the upcoming unit will have a manufacturing capacity of 100 klpd. In addition, the project received environmental clearance (EC) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) in June 2023.
Projects Today reported that the company is currently awaiting financial closure and consent to establish (CTE) for the new manufacturing unit.
The commencement of project work is anticipated to take place in December 2023.
