ChiniMandi Kolhapur: The millers would incur huge losses considering the situation that the cost of production in the state has increased said former Union Agriculture Minister and VSAI President Sharad Pawar. Adding to it he said that it is difficult for the factories to provide FRPs the same. As a result, farmers are getting raged.
The Govt. should take some step to ensure that the millers and the farmers do not incur losses. The Center gave export subsidy to sugar; however, like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab government, the Maharashtra government should also help the millers in Maharashtra.
