Gorakhpur: Extending support to the workers agitating against Pipraich Rithiya sugar mill, Congress party workers met them and assured that the party will be with them, reports Amar Ujala.
District unit head Nirmala Paswan met the workers and stated that if the sugar mill fails to return the amount due to the workers under VRS, the party will launch agitation against the mill.
The party activists also submitted the memorandum of their demands to the concerned authorities.
