Triveni Group plans to double its hand sanitiser production

With the increase in the coronavirus cases, demand for hand sanitizer has also witnessed a rise. Many sugar mills and other companies have already started the production of sanitizer to fulfil the domestic need.

Triveni Group, one of India’s largest sugar companies, is also producing the sanitizer. And decided to continue the production even if the coronavirus threat ends.

According to the Business today, the company has planned to double the production by May 1. Currently, the company is producing 4,000 to 5000 litres per day and plans to increase it to 10,000 litres per day by May 1.
The company got into hand sanitiser production after the government instructed the sugar companies to start production to meet the shortage of product in the market.
