Tunisia: Sugar import falls by 32.10 per cent

Tunisia has witnessed a decrease in sugar import by 32.10 per cent as compared to the same period of the previous year. According to the figures shared by the National Observatory of Agriculture (ONAGRI) in its monthly bulletin, the country has reduced the import of sugar and also commodity witnessed a 2.10 per cent increase in price.

As per ONAGRI, The food trade balance recorded a deficit of 546.4 million dinars (MD), until the end of September 2020, against 1,114.5 MD.
