Sugarcane crushing at the Jewargi unit of Ugar Sugar Works will commence from October 28. The same will pick up shortly to its capacity.
The sugarcane crushing at the company’s Ugar Unit has begun slowly from October 21.
In its regulatory filing, Ugar Sugar said, “We are happy to inform you that sugarcane crushing for the 2021-22 season at Ugar Unit started on 21st October 2021. The crushing at Jewargi Unit will start by 28th October 2021 and the same will pick up shortly to its capacity.”
