Domestic sugar prices remained stable
Domestic sugar prices have held steady over the last four sessions on dull demand. Prices are trading at a two-month low due to sluggish off take from end users. Prices are expected to remain low due to slow demand and heavy rainfall activity in Southern and Eastern India.
M-grade sugar costs between Rs 3,950 and Rs 4,070 per quintal in Muzaffarnagar, while S-grade sugar costs between Rs 3,735 and Rs 3,790 in Kolhapur.
